鹰牌材料公司Eagle Materials 创立于1963年，前称Centex Construction，总部位于美国德州达拉斯，全职雇员2,400人，是美国一家建材供应商，主要供应石膏板、水泥、预拌混凝土等建材。

　　鹰牌材料公司生产和销售建筑产品和建筑材料，主要应用于住宅、工业、商业等基础设施建设，以及石油和天然气开采过程中使用的产品。

　　老鹰材料分为5个 部门来经营：水泥(Cement)、石膏板(Gypsum Wallboard)、回收纸板(Recycled Paperboard)、混凝土和骨料(Concrete and Aggregates)、石油和天然气的支撑剂(Oil and Gas Proppants)。水泥部门：从事石灰石开采;水泥制造、生产、流通和销售，硅酸盐水泥以及其他特种油井水泥制售。 石膏板部门：从事石膏开采;制造和销售用于住宅、商业和工业的内墙及天花石膏板。 回收纸板部门：生产和销售回收纸板给石膏墙板制造商和其他工业用户;提供各种档次的箱板纸。 混凝土和骨料部门：从事预拌混凝土销售;采矿、提取、生产、销售碎石、砂和砂砾，以及轻质骨料，例如膨胀粘土和页岩。产品主要用于商业和住宅的建设、公共建设项目、项目的新建、扩建和维修、道路和高速公路、石油和天然气开采。 石油和天然气的支撑剂部门：从事开采和销售在能源行业水力压裂中使用的沙子。

　　Eagle Materials Inc.最初于1960年代由Centex Corporation成立，时名Centex Construction Products。2004年，Centex出售了其65%股份，老鹰材料成为一家独立公司。2012年，Eagle Materials以4.46亿美金收购2家拉法基水泥厂(Lafarge cement plants)，使公司产量增加了60%。
